Licensed Practical Nurse, Virtual Care

The Virtual Care Licensed Practical Nurse provides remote nursing support to patients and families by managing electronic messages, making follow-up calls, and assisting with health education within LPN scope of practice. This role reviews patient inquiries, assesses urgency, escalates concerns to RNs or providers when needed, documents accurately in the medical record, and supports quality and safety standards while advocating for patients in a virtual care environment.
