Rehab Team Lead (Speech Language Pathology) UF Jacksonville Inpatient Full-time Days

Overview Full-time 7:30am to 4pm M-F Assists site leadership to optimize department operations (scheduling, inventory, staff onboarding, employee engagement, and quality improvement activities). Leads team huddles or meetings, as assigned. Contributes to a positive work culture and enhances employee engagement. Performs duties of a rehabilitation professional, upholding high standards of clinical practice and hospitality, while taking on leadership roles assigned by management. Responsibilities Identifies and assists with improvement opportunities within department May assist Education Coordinator with student and volunteer placement Provides input to staff performance evaluations Follows all infection control and safety policies- Assists with maintain supply inventory control and ordering
