The Program Manager will support clients within our Semiconductor & Manufacturing Portfolio within the Technical Services Delivery organization, partnering with leading clients to drive the execution of complex technical programs and managed services initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery while working across multiple stakeholders and teams.

About This RoleAs a Program Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs supporting clients within the semiconductor industry. You will serve as a key point of alignment between client stakeholders, delivery teams, project managers, and technical resources to ensure successful program outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who can manage multiple workstreams, drive accountability across stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. This role requires strong communication skills, operational rigor, and the ability to connect strategic objectives to day-to-day execution.
What You'll Do • Lead delivery of complex technical programs and managed services engagements• Partner with clients to define priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful execution• Drive program planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and remove blockers• Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program health• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence across the portfolio• Act as an escalation point for program challenges and delivery issues
Preferred Qualifications • 6+ years of program or project management experience• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Industry Experience PreferredCandidates should ideally possess experience in one or more of the following:Manufacturing OperationsField Services ManagementTool Install Operations
Certifications Preferred xzbcwsv Project Management Professional (PMP)Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Higher)OSHA 30-Hour CertificationAPICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management)
Semiconductor Industry Experience PreferredDirect experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments is highly desirable, including exposure to:Semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs)Semiconductor equipment installation programsOEM equipment providersConstruction-to-production transitionsStartup and commissioning activitiesIntel, TSMC, TEL, ASML, LAM Research, Applied Materials, KLA, Kokusai, or similar environmentsSemiconductor industry experience is considered a strong plus but is not required.
