Role: Manager - Account Management (Creative Digital)
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years from a Creative Digital Agency background
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or digital agency.
Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns , with exposure to social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Basic understanding of mainline advertising.
Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
