We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to build a career in Recruitment and HR.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and client hiring requirements. It is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

• Assist in managing multiple recruitment mandates

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel

• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Recruitment

• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone

• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
