About the Role Vidysea is looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic & Career Counsellor to work closely with partner schools and help students make informed academic and career decisions. The role involves delivering career guidance, coordinating with school management, training school counsellors, and ensuring successful implementation of the PathLynks Career Discovery Program. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions for students. Guide students in selecting appropriate academic streams and career pathways.
