ary We are looking for an experienced Service Now Procurement Consultant for Procurement department, owning day-to-day procurement-process configuration, vendor-master governance, and issue resolution on the Service Now Procurement Operations application while representing procurement's voice in the wider S2 P program

me. Key Responsibilit

ies Serve as the dedicated liaison between the Service Now delivery team and Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse stakeholde rs. Gather, document, and prioritize procurement process requirements (requisition-to-PO, catalog management, vendor onboarding, contract linkag e). Configure and maintain the Service Now Procurement Operations / Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) application, catalogs, and approval workflo ws. Own vendor master data governance, supplier onboarding workflows, and catalog content accuracy in coordination with Supplier Lifecycle Operatio ns. Triage and resolve day-to-day procurement service requests, incidents, and enhancement asks raised by hospital procurement sta ff. Track procurement SLAs/KPIs (cycle time, PO accuracy, catalog compliance) and report status to client and Avante Now leadersh ip. Support internal audit and compliance reviews related to procurement controls, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duti

es. Mandatory Skills & Experie

nce5+ years hands-on experience with Service Now Procurement/Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) applicati on. Strong grounding in procurement processes: requisitioning, catalog management, vendor onboarding, PO lifecycle, contract linka ge. Proven experience as a client-facing functional consultant or business analyst, comfortable owning a stakeholder relationship direct ly. Experience configuring approval workflows, catalog items, and procurement forms/records in Service N ow. Ability to translate procurement policy and governance requirements into system configurati
