We are looking for a friendly, presentable, organised, and responsible Front Desk & Admin Executive for our Vadodara office.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
• Pleasant and professional personality
• Good customer/student handling skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Professional email and WhatsApp communication
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Good time-management and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in Front Desk, Reception, Administration, Customer Service or a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
• Experience in an education consultancy, educational institute, corporate office, hospitality or service industry will be an advantage.
• Candidate should be comfortable interacting with students, parents and visitors.
• Should be proactive, punctual and responsible.
