Role Description The UPS Sales Engineer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, focusing on selling and supporting UPS solutions for new and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, designing suitable UPS configurations, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting technical solutions to prospective clients. The role involves conducting site visits, performing basic load assessments, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful implementation. The UPS Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with troubleshooting and product selection. The position also includes maintaining CRM records, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for UPS and related power solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue and maintain client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts and preparing clear proposals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical systems, power backup solutions, and basic load calculation principles.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in UPS, power conditioning, or IT infrastructure sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools for documentation and reporting.
