Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring the team, and ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience. The ideal candidate brings a true sense of ownership, taking accountability for the store’s environment, operational standards, and day-to-day execution, with a proactive, hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset. The Assistant Store Manager supports sales performance, client development, and team leadership while ensuring the highest standards of inventory management, store presentation, and operational excellence.
