We are seeking a Senior Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio and an eye for detail to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can take a brief and turn it into polished, on-brand visual work across digital and print, while also guiding junior designers. This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand and our clients' brands alike.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and website assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for the company and client projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Review and guide the work of junior designers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Must Have

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to accelerate static and motion graphics production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for motion graphics or video.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools.
• Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment.
