EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in Interior Design / Design Consultancy / Interior Sales, preferably in residential interiors or premium/luxury interior projects.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Strong client-facing and communication skills. Good design sense and attention to detail. Confident in presenting design concepts to clients. Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Commercially aware with a sales-oriented approach. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions. Good coordination and follow-up skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, design preferences, requirements, and budget. Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections. Provide professional design consultation and recommend suitable design solutions. Present designs and proposals effectively to clients and handle design-related queries. Coordinate with internal design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth project progress. Manage client revisions and ensure timely closure of design discussions. Support the sales process by preparing design proposals and assisting in converting enquiries into confirmed projects. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience. Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.
