Job Description

The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget by coordinating resources, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control during the project's lifecycle as part of the overall program. Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise a staff of agents and technicians Plan, schedule and coordinate the preparation of documents and activities for multiple major projects Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules Develop project work plans Lead proposals and project pursuits Prepare scope and fee proposals Recognize, define, and negotiate changes in scope Manage monthly project accruals and other project accounting and reporting activities Facilitate invoicing and accounts receivable Manage the completion of quality control activities Take the role of client manager Lead project meetings and give presentations Develop a network of business contacts for potential clients Requirements High School Diploma Associates degree or higher or 10+ years of comparable work experience 10+ years of experience Valid Driver's License Notary Public preferred Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License Specialty or generalist certification (SR/WA,R/W-NAC, R/W-RAC, etc.) Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc.
