Job Description International contact Center (Voice Process - Inbound calls)

Experience:

5+ years in Voice/Customer Service, with

minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and motivate customer service advisors Drive team KPIs across productivity, quality, customer experience and adherence Conduct performance reviews, coaching and action plans Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution Ensure process, quality and compliance adherence Support continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred:

Banking / Financial Services / Mortgage domain experience.

Candidates must be comfortable working in

rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays .
