<p>ServiceNow Administrator Washington DC / Hybrid Pay from $115,000/yr MUST : Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance 3+ years of hands-on experience Developing with ServiceNow Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Highly analytical with strong attention to detail ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) is preferred Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field is required DUTIES : Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance Maintain documentation and support end users as needed Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
