Senior Account Manager

Location: T. Nagar, Chennai Experience: 15–20 Years CTC: ₹12–15 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the entire Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, banking operations, import & export accounting, and financial reporting, with proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete Finance & Accounts department. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and MIS reporting. Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations. Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits. Handle import & export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking documentation. Manage banking relationships, reconciliations, and financial controls. Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business planning and decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage. 15–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with team leadership experience.
