Arbor Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Workday HCM Trainer to join our growing team! If you love teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of HR Tech professionals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging training sessions on Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Reporting.

Design and update curriculum, course content, and real-world case studies

Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, and mock project sessions

Mentor learners and support Workday certification preparation

Track learner progress through assessments and feedback

Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (Implementation, Support, or Training)

Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred

Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Workday HCM Certification preferred

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
