Core ResponsibilitiesDirect large-scale regional operations for landmark projects, providing consistent leadership while navigating local labor markets and regulatory environments.Lead the site-based Project Management and Superintendent teams to ensure project milestones are achieved ahead of schedule.Implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs to maintain the highest standards of construction excellence.Manage complex contract negotiations and change order processes for multi-million dollar scopes of work.Provide strategic oversight for project logistics, including temporary facilities and nationwide vendor coordination.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $190,000 to $245,000 per year, plus a comprehensive per diem package.Retirement: Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting options.Mobility Support: Full relocation assistance or housing stipends provided for the duration of the project assignment.Additional Perks: Tiered travel incentive program and quarterly home-leave travel benefits.
