Sales Manager-B2B (FMEG)

Objective: Lead, strategize, and drive the overall business growth of the branch in the B2B segment across wires, Switches, Switchgears and electrical solutions. Establish the branch as a high performance business unit through strong institutional sales leadership, strategic customer acquisition, channel excellence, and full P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual business plans , targets, and growth strategies for institutional and project-based sales. Drive revenue in corporate, institutional, OEM, EPC, government, and large project segments. Monitor business performance through MIS, forecasting, sales funnel reviews, and ROI analysis. Acquire and manage high-value accounts: builders, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, industries, and government departments . Lead negotiations for pricing, trade terms, credit structures, and long-term agreements. Build strategic alliances with influencers, specifiers, and project decision-makers. Oversee sales, commercial operations, logistics, collections, service, branch administration , and statutory compliance. Ensure best-in-class project execution , delivery timelines, order management, and customer communication. Experience & Qualification: 15 years in B2B Sales within Wires, FMEG, Electrical Products, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Industrial Solutions , or allied industries. Minimum 5 years in a leadership/branch management role with full P&L or business unit responsibility. B.Tech/B.E (Any Discipline). MBA/PGDM preferred (Sales / Marketing / Operations).
