A Junior Account Executibe to join our Wholesale team in an exciting, high-visibility role where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, close-knit environment. We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Junior Account Executive with a minimum of 1 year of wholesale experience, ideally within women's footwear and accessories, who is eager to grow their career with a world-renowned luxury brand.

This role offers hands-on exposure to key business partners and leadership while supporting the growth and management of Independent Accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about luxury fashion and wholesale sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage specialty wholesale customer relationships and support the major and department store accounts

Prepare for market by scheduling appointments, presenting collection and processing orders and swaps

Run weekly selling reports, gathering data and reporting to Executive team and Corporate HQ in Italy

Monitor relevant trends and analyze sales and competitive selling; collaborating with the Sr Sales Manager to design sales target strategies to increase profitability

Manage account inventory for replenishment and minimize end of season inventory

Track and monitor sales to determine new opportunities for re-orders

Manage account orders and order status, generating shipping reports, allocation and EDI worksheets in partnership with the Customer Service team

Maintain line sheets, exit list, buy books, stock list and account recaps

Product delivery and analysis, replenishments, purchase orders

Conduct Product Knowledge clinics domestically with Independents and Major accounts each season to educate on new products, design, trends and value

Manage sample request for product knowledge trainings

Potential for International travel to show the collection to clients in the showroom in Milan and Paris if needed

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPENTENCIES

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

1 - 3 years' experience in Wholesale environment

Basic understanding of sales principles

Strong retail math and analytical skills

Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel

Critical thinking skills and strong relationship management

Strong public speaking, in addition to excellent interpersonal skills

Flexible to travel domestically and internationally (20 - 30% travel)

Preferred:

Knowledge of SAP
