If you love talking to people, have a background in skin/hair clinics, and know how to turn a WhatsApp message or a phone call into a confirmed clinic visit, we’d love to have you on board. We are looking for an Aesthetic Treatment Counselor (or Premium Patient Relationship Executive) who knows how to handle premium clients with care and professionalism. What the job looks like day-to-day: Answering inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and Instagram DMs from prospective patients. Chatting with people about our hair loss, skin, and cosmetic treatments, understanding what they need, and guiding them toward the right solution.
