Production in-charge - raschel knitting (karl mayer)

<p> Agriplast Tech India Pvt. Ltd. | Hosur, Tamil Nadu </p> <p> We're looking for an experienced knitting professional to lead the installation, commissioning, and production of our new Karl Mayer raschel knitting machine for shade net manufacturing. </p> <p> What you'll do: </p> <p> ✅ Lead installation &amp; commissioning of the Karl Mayer shade net knitting machine at our Hosur facility </p> <p> ✅ Set machine parameters and optimize knitting performance </p> <p> ✅ Monitor fabric quality, machine efficiency, and process stability </p> <p> ✅ Troubleshoot machine and process issues independently </p> <p> ✅ Train operators and shop-floor technicians </p> <p> ✅ Manage production records, downtime analysis, and quality documentation </p> <p> What we're looking for: </p> <p> Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience </p> <p> Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (preferred) </p> <p> Strong hands-on experience with raschel/warp knitting machines — mandatory </p> <p> Experience in shade net, technical textiles, or agro-textile manufacturing preferred </p> <p> Exposure to Karl Mayer or equivalent high-speed raschel technology is a big plus </p> <p> Behavioral Competencies: </p> <p> Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Decision Making Ability, Time Management, Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, Creative Thinking, Attention to Detail </p> <p>✈️ Note: This role includes international travel to Brazil for 1–2 months for machine training. </p>
