Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Billing Engineer will prepare and verify project bills, coordinate BOQ-based measurements, and ensure accurate quantity take-offs for civil, steel, and composite works. Responsibilities include rate analysis, reconciliation of client and subcontractor bills, and alignment of billing with contract terms and project progress. The role involves working closely with project managers, site engineers, and the finance team to maintain updated billing records, support cash flow planning, and address billing-related queries from clients and auditors. The Billing Engineer will also contribute to improving billing processes, documentation standards, and compliance with internal controls and client requirements.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong quantity surveying capabilities, including BOQ interpretation and Quantity Surveying skills.
- Proficiency in Billing Systems and practical experience in project billing processes.
- Ability to perform Rate Analysis with solid Analytical Skills for cost and variance assessments.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in EPC, infrastructure, or steel-structure projects is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and standard construction billing tools.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordination with site and office teams.
