About Us Posha builds cooking robots that live inside your kitchen and cook food for you completely autonomously. What can I expect from this role? We’re seeking a Visual Designer who can bring this vision to life through stunning graphics, intuitive website designs, and creative storytelling. As a Visual Designer at Posha, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across platforms. What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha? Design visually engaging assets for all our brand properties: website, digital ads, social media assets, video thumbnails and visuals, emails, marketing print materials , booth design, pitch decks and app wireframes. Own and enhance the UI/UX of our website and landing pages to create a seamless user experience. Work with the development team to bring them to life. Work on motion graphics to enhance visual design elements in video assets. Develop brand-aligned illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and product visuals. Maintain consistency in brand identity and design language across all touchpoints. What makes you a match for us? 3 years of experience in graphic and visual design. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, website design, and creative storytelling . Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Figma, Sketch. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, composition, layouts and data visualisation . Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices. Ability to think creatively, experiment, and iterate quickly . Experience in creating cohesive visual narratives across various marketing channels Bonus: Experience in motion graphics and video editing esp. After Effects . ⭐ Why Join Us?
