WE’RE HIRING 1) Chartered Accountant (CA) Industry: Real Estate Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Experience: • Chartered Accountant (CA): 2 Years Key Responsibilities • Cash Flow Statement Preparation & Analysis • Project Analysis & Viability Analysis • Manage end-to-end accounting & financial operations • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliances • Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet & financial reports • Manage project-wise accounting, expenses, receivables & payables • Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments & customer receipts • Monitor project budgets, expenses & financial transactions • Ensure timely monthly & annual account closing • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks & financial institutions Candidate Requirements • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance & taxation • Experience in project accounting and financial reporting • Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting/ERP software • Strong analytical and financial management skills • Ability to independently manage accounting operations • Real estate industry experience preferred Apply Now Interested candidates may share their updated CV with our HR Team.
