We are #Hiring for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in US Life Insurance, Annuity Insurance, or any Insurance domain.

Role: Operations Manager

Location: Mangalore

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:45 AM IST)

Experience: 10–12 Years

Eligibility:

10–12 years of experience in US Life Insurance, Annuity Insurance, or Insurance Operations

Proven experience in Operations Management and team leadership

Excellent Stakeholder Management and Client Relationship Management skills

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work in US shifts
