ResponsibilitiesPerform or support preventive and corrective equipment maintenanceTroubleshoot hardware, vacuum, electrical, and mechanical faultsSupport chamber cleans, target changes, pump maintenance, and wafer recoveryAssist with tool qualification and return-to-productionComplete maintenance documentation and shift pass-downsSenior technicians may lead complex repairs and mentor junior team members
Experience xzbcwsv Semiconductor equipment maintenance involving vacuum chambers, pumps, robotics, or gas deliveryAbility to read schematics and technical proceduresCleanroom or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
