A new, independently owned insurance agency in Palm Beach County is building its launch team. You will join on day one and grow your career right alongside the agency.
This role is for a motivated, sociable, results-minded professional who loves talking with people. You will get agency-provided leads, hands-on coaching, and the support you need to hit the ground running.
What you will doConnect with prospects and customers by phone to develop leads, schedule appointments, and uncover their insurance needsQuote and recommend auto, home, and other insurance products that fit each customer's situationBuild lasting customer relationships through proactive follow upDeliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service on coverages, policy changes, billing questions, and claimsHit individual and office goals in a high-energy, goal-driven sales environment
What we are looking forA self-starter who is comfortable making outbound calls and loves the conversationCoachable, eager to learn, and driven by goalsStrong written, verbal, and listening skillsA genuine commitment to customer serviceSales or phone sales experience is a plusInsurance experience is a plus. Compensation and benefitsBase salary of $37,000 to $41,000, based on licensingUncapped per-policy commissionTeam-wide office bonus when goals are hit401(k) with employer match after 90 daysPaid licensing, training, and ongoing coachingRoom to grow as the agency scales
