Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Requirements

Strong proficiency in French (written and verbal)

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach

Comfortable working from our Mumbai office

Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai

Responsibilities

Handle customer/client interactions in French via phone, email, and chat

Translate and interpret information accurately when required

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support

Scheduling and Rostering experience will be an add on.

What We're Looking For

French language certification is a must

Prior experience in customer support, operations, translation, or similar roles is an advantage

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
