DIRECTOR of CORPORATE FINANCE

GNR has been retained to identify a DIRECTOR of CORPORATE FINANCE for a well-established & growing Aerospace, Defense & Commercial MANUFACTURING organization in the Phoenix, AZ region.We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced “hands-on” finance leader with strong experience managing MANUFACTURING financial requirements.

This role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, you will manage all financials across MULTIPLE SITES within the US.Collaborating with the Executive team and site Leaders, you will assess the company's financials: streamline & restructure processes and practices, analyze costs & rates, operational finances, budget forecasting, audits, risk assessment etc.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:STRONG MANUFACTURING FINANCE & ACCOUNTING experience is REQUIREDMULTI-SITE responsibilities to analyze Cost & Rate structures, Inventory costs, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks, Process & Procedure improvementsCollaborative leadership style to effectively communicate & advise Executive team on financial findings.Ensure consistency of financial reporting from all company sites. xzbcwsv Drive month end, quarterly & year end closings, ensure GAAP compliance (audits & taxes), cash/lender reporting/debt covenants.BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experienceUS Citizenship
