Company Description UNISEA is a growing organization specializing Recycling and Upcycling Products. They are in the production, distribution, and export of coir and cocopeat products for agriculture, horticulture, and related industries. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coir and Cocopeat Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. Th e Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote coir and cocopeat products to domestic and export customers. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and following up to close orders. The role involves coordinating closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth order execution. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support pricing decisions and product development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coir, cocopeat, or related agricultura l / horticultural products, with the ability to explain technical features and benefits to customers.Prior experience in B2B sales.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with domestic and international clients.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage travel across cities and villages.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
