Email Security Agent

Job Description: Experience: 3–6 years Location: Hyderabad Shift: Rotational | 24×7 Notice Period: Immediate Key Skills & Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust & Safety, SOC environments Strong expertise in spam & abuse mitigation Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDR Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Experience managing operations in a 24×7 environment Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills Experience with Proofpoint and email security workflows is highly desirable Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achieved Monitor and analyze trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvements Conduct incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and implement corrective/preventive actions Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email security standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation
