BIM Modeler - Architectural and Structural

We're Hiring: BIM Modeller – Architectural & Structural - Bengaluru Arkave Solutions is a Bengaluru-based BIM/AEC Consultancy and Training Institute, currently delivering live commercial and healthcare projects across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. We're looking to welcome a BIM Modeller with a Civil Engineering background into our growing team. What you'll do: Model and coordinate on live client projects across both Architectural and Structural BIM workflows, up to LOD 350 Work directly with our founding team on prequalification submittals and RFP-grade deliverables, Real client-facing consultancy work, not just internal drafting Support our BIM training programs — assisting in delivery, exercises, and mentoring trainees What we're looking for: Civil Engineering degree Minimum 2 years hands-on BIM modelling experience, comfortable across both Architectural and Structural disciplines (Revit required; Navisworks/Civil 3D a plus) Comfortable working across both live consultancy delivery and training/mentoring Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, good communication skills Why Arkave: Real project exposure from day one.
