• Visit schools, educational institutions, government bodies, NGOs, corporates, and media organizations to promote the company's services and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, clients, and strategic partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborations, and advertising partnerships.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
• Work closely with the content and production teams to develop impactful campaigns and partnerships.
• Drive monetization opportunities for content, production services, and CSR initiatives.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Media Partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree (Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Experience in Media, Education, CSR, or Advertising industries will be an added advantage.
