Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Onsite

What You'll Be Responsible For

Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to conversion & onboarding Handle cold calling & outbound outreach for international clients Identify, qualify & nurture potential leads Deliver effective pitches and convert prospects into clients Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities Maintain and manage prospects through CRM Work closely with sales & marketing teams to improve conversion strategies Achieve monthly sales KPIs, meetings, leads & revenue targets Track pipeline, performance and revenue through regular reporting
