Role Description The Operations Project Manager is a remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects that support the operations and client success of Minerra Health’s integrated metabolic-care platform. This role oversees project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and coordinating with clinical, technical, and business teams to maintain clear communication and accountability. The Operations Project Manager will also monitor operational performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, delivery and client satisfaction.
Working Hours: Primarily U.S. business hours with limited India-hours overlap as required

The RoleMinerra Health is seeking a highly organized, persistent, and execution-oriented Operations Project Manager based in India to support our U.S. operations and client success, as well as cross-functional product, clinical, and implementation activities.
This is not a role for someone who simply schedules meetings, takes notes, and updates project plans.
We need someone who drives work forward .
A major responsibility of this position is maintaining visibility into commitments across Minerra Health and our clients, identifying what needs to happen next, following up relentlessly but professionally, and ensuring critical operational and client-support activities do not stall.
You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations & Client Success and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data/Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and client teams in some aspect.
You should be comfortable asking:
What is the next action? Who owns it? When is it due? What is blocking it? What needs to happen to get it completed?
Then you should stay with the issue until it is resolved.
The right person is resourceful, highly dependable, comfortable operating across time zones, and motivated by getting things done.
What You'll Do1. Project & Program ManagementManage multiple operational, implementation, and client initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain project plans, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Translate meetings, discovery sessions, and leadership discussions into specific tasks and deliverables.
- Assign and track owners, deadlines, dependencies, and completion status.
- Maintain Jira projects, tickets and related documentation.
- Keep Confluence project documentation organized, current, and usable.
- Maintain action-item trackers and decision logs.
- Monitor scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Identify projects or tasks that are beginning to slip before deadlines are missed.
- Escalate blockers with clear recommendations for resolution.
- Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, Marketing, and Client Success.
- Support implementation plans for new clients, products, workflows, and operational programs.
- Maintain visibility across multiple projects without losing important details.
You should be comfortable taking a loosely structured initiative and turning it into an organized execution plan.
2. Action-Item Ownership & Follow-ThroughThis is one of the most important responsibilities of the position.
You will help create accountability across internal and external teams.
You will:
- Capture commitments made during meetings.
- Clearly document the owner and expected completion date.
- Follow up before deadlines rather than waiting until something becomes late.
- Maintain visibility into outstanding deliverables.
- Proactively contact internal and external stakeholders when information or action is required.
- Escalate overdue or blocked items appropriately.
- Close the loop when work has been completed.
- Ensure decisions and changes are reflected in project documentation.
Success means leadership does not have to repeatedly ask, "Whatever happened with that?"
Your job is to already know the answer.
3. Client Success & Implementation SupportSupport Minerra Health's relationships with U.S.-based healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate client deliverables and follow-up activities.
- Maintain client project plans and action registers.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, status reports, and follow-up communications.
- Track implementation requirements and dependencies.
- Support discovery and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate activities involving clinical, technical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
- Help prepare materials for client presentations, operating reviews, and executive discussions.
- Identify client risks and unresolved issues requiring leadership attention.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with client stakeholders.
The successful candidate will understand that small operational details can have significant consequences for client confidence.
4. Meeting ManagementMeetings should produce decisions and actions—not simply notes.
You will:
- Help develop agendas before meetings.
- Identify outstanding decisions and actions that need discussion.
- Capture decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
- Distribute concise meeting summaries.
- Enter resulting work into Jira or appropriate trackers.
- Follow up on commitments between meetings.
- Bring unresolved items back to the appropriate team or leader.
Over time, you will independently manage recurring operational and project meetings.
5. Executive & Presentation SupportHelp translate operational work into clear executive communication.
You may:
- Develop and update PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare project status summaries.
- Create timelines and executive dashboards.
- Summarize project risks and decisions.
- Prepare materials for client and leadership meetings.
- Consolidate information from multiple teams into concise updates.
- Perform research and analysis supporting strategic initiatives.
You should be able to take complicated information and make it understandable.
What We're Looking ForExperienceIdeally, you have:
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, implementation, consulting, client success, or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing deadlines, dependencies, and action items.
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working with U.S.-based organizations or clients is strongly preferred.
- Startup, technology, healthcare, consulting, SaaS, or digital-health experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Healthcare experience is valuable, but execution ability is more important than healthcare credentials .
EducationA bachelor's degree in business, project management, healthcare administration, engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate .
We value demonstrated capability over credentials.
A candidate with a modest academic background and an exceptional record of execution may be a stronger fit than someone with advanced degrees who requires constant direction.

Working HoursBecause this role supports U.S.-based operations and clients, candidates must be willing and able to work primarily during U.S. business hours.
The schedule will require significant overlap with the U.S. team and U.S. client meetings.
There may also be limited situations where overlap with India-based team members is necessary for handoffs, coordination, or project execution.
Candidates should consider this requirement carefully before applying. This is not a traditional India daytime position.
