Company Description P R S S & Co LLP is a Mumbai-based firm of Chartered Accountants offering a wide spectrum of professional services to diverse clients in the fields of audit, taxation, start-up advisory, due diligence, valuation and management advisory. The firm is partner-led, ensuring that clients have direct access to senior professionals and key decision-makers when needed.

Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Article, based in Borivali. The Article will assist in auditing and assurance engagements, including documentation, working papers, and client interactions under the guidance of senior team members.

Daily tasks may include:

• Supporting accounting and bookkeeping
• Preparing financial statements
• Preparing tax computations and filings
• Assisting with the audit of various listed and unlisted companies
• Research on accounting standards and regulatory changes
• Maintaining accurate records, and contributing to internal projects that enhance service quality

Interns are expected to work collaboratively, adhere to professional ethics, and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a structured training environment.

Qualifications

• Cleared Intermediate examination of CA in May'26 attempt
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation and auditing concepts
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with team members and clients
