Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create dynamic motion designs and animated visual content that bring brand stories to life across digital and social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing motion graphics, producing and editing video assets, collaborating with designers and strategists to develop concepts, and adapting visual identities into engaging animated formats. The role involves working closely with the creative team to ensure all motion work is on-brand, technically sound, and delivered on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in in-studio reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital, social, and brand-led content.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound sync.
• Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design capabilities and the ability to translate static Graphics into motion.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent software).
• Candidates should possess a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of typography, color, and layout in motion.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Relevant education in design, animation, film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing motion design, video work, and graphic design projects, especially brand or campaign work, is highly preferred.
