USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is Hiring a RN Post Surgical Unit Full Time!

$7500.00 Sign On Bonus

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is a specialty inpatient hospital which was established to set a new standard for excellence and patient satisfaction in the delivery of orthopedic and spinal surgery. Arizona Specialty Hospital provides excellent patient services and the highest level of care, with the overall goal of improving the delivery of healthcare in Maricopa County and beyond.

Our singular focus is the state-of-the-art care of musculoskeletal conditions including joint replacement, spine surgery and other reconstructive procedures. Our mission is to provide first-class surgical services for the community in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment; one in which we would be happy to treat our own families.

We are currently in need of RN's for our Post Surgical Unit. We are looking for someone who has good energy, enjoys customer service and performs well with minimal supervision. If this is you, we encourage you to come visit with us.

Job Summary:

  • You must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • Responsible for providing all nursing care services for the post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.
  • Ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintains compliance with professional nursing, Joint Commission, and all Federal and State standards of care.
