Job Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and re-cruitment priorities.Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Support recruitment across corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical functions.Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Assist with offer development, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.Provide regular recruitment updates and assist with tracking hiring metrics and reporting.Support talent acquisition initiatives, including internship programs, employer branding, and process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences recruiting experience preferred.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and working directly with hiring managers.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently. xzbcwsv Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
