Basic Function The Electrical Lead is responsible for managing all electrical power infrastructure aspects of hyperscale data center projects from construction through commissioning and turnover. . This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, constructed, tested, and commissioned to meet performance requirements, project budgets, schedules, and long-term operational reliability. This individual works cross-functionally with internal teams, external design partners, and construction stakeholders to translate design intent into successful project execution. Responsibilities * Manage the electrical scope of work across multiple project phases, including concept design, basis of design, detailed design, construction, and closeout. * Coordinate with electrical engineers, utility providers, and Owner stakeholders to define power strategies including: medium- and low-voltage distribution, backup generation systems, UPS systems, and critical power architecture. * Review and comment on design deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner standards and tenant specific requirements. * Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and external electrical engineering consultants * Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, structural, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integration. Review and manage electrical submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field clarifications.

• Serve as the Owner’s on-site electrical representative during construction.

• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and procurement support

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in electrical design, project engineering, or

• Experience reviewing and coordinating with external engineering firms
• Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical, industrial or data
