Job Description Key responsibilities include: Manage commercial construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout activities Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Oversee project financials, including cost control, change management, contract administration, and forecasting Coordinate internal project teams and provide leadership to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff Review drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Identify and manage project risks while proactively developing solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements Monitor project schedules and drive successful milestone achievement Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and contributing to repeat business opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
