Nextbridge is seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying potential B2B clients and converting opportunities into sales. You will engage with prospects, manage databases, and coordinate with internal teams to advance deals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in lead generation or B2B sales, strong English communication, and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools. A related IT/services background is a plus.
