Shift Welder/FitterWe are seeking skilled day shift welder/fitters with structural experience to join our team. You will be working on manufacturing large poles for street lighting and traffic control. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in handling large structures.ResponsibilitiesManufacture large poles for street lighting and traffic control using structural welding techniques.Utilize metalcore and flux core welding methods effectively.Perform fitting tasks with precision and accuracy.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.Pass required weld and fitting tests to demonstrate proficiency.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience in heavy industrial welding and fitting.Experience with metalcore and flux core welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust pass weld test on 1/2 inch flat plate 1G with 1/16th metalcore wire and bevel bar.Must pass fitting test.Why Work Here?We offer paid holidays and a boot allowance to support our employees.
