About the Role:

St. Mary's Rehabilitation University is looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level executive support while ensuring seamless coordination across business operations, admissions, stakeholder management, and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to manage stakeholder communication, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track key initiatives, and support business development and admissions activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, education consultants, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist senior leadership and the Founder's Office with stakeholder communication, execution tracking, documentation, and coordination while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Handle student and customer enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication Convert enquiries into applications and admissions by maintaining consistent communication and providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of admission and business-related activities.
• Track leads, applications, admissions, and stakeholder interactions while maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Work towards assigned business, admission, and relationship management goals while maintaining high service standards channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide guidance regarding university programs, admission procedures, eligibility, scholarships, and application processes.
• Support business development initiatives through outreach activities, lead generation, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu/Hindi
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with students, parents, consultants, partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Ability to handle calls, meetings, follow-ups, and coordination activities efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates from BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related backgrounds are preferred.
• Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support, Admissions Counselling, Business Development, Sales Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Lead Follow-up, Executive Assistant, or similar roles will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Location:

This is a Full-time, on-site position based at St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work from the university campus and relocate to Hyderabad if required.

Note: Accommodation will be provided by the university to eligible candidates, subject to the university's accommodation policy.

Annual CTC :- 2,40,000 - 3,60,000
