Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist at Hilite Dental Clinic, located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Specialist will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also includes clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage front desk operations with professionalism and organization
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software
Friendly and patient-focused demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
