We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who combines design excellence with marketing strategy, consumer psychology, AI-powered content creation, and performance marketing thinking.

This is not a role for someone who simply follows instructions. We want someone who researches, thinks strategically, and creates content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts and marketing creatives.
• Create Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn ad creatives.
• Edit Reels, Shorts, UGC-style videos, and video advertisements.
• Develop product marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
• Research competitors, trends, and top-performing content before designing.
• Generate creative concepts, hooks, and campaign ideas.
• Support website visuals and UI/UX improvements.
• Create high-converting static, motion, and video creatives.
