The facility operates as an outpatient behavioral health clinic serving an adult population. Clients present to the clinic directly for scheduled services, and clinicians remain on-site throughout their assigned shifts. The clinic model supports structured therapeutic care within a stable clinical environment.

The area offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians may explore a national wildlife refuge, scenic river walks, and historic trail sites in the surrounding region. Additional leisure options include a 9-hole golf course, natural hot springs, and guided tours of local landmarks and nearby historic structures.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual therapy services to an adult population on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Clinicians will be scheduled for a maximum of six clients per day, with two hours of administrative time allocated for the completion of treatment plans. Coverage of a satellite clinic is required once per week. The clinician may also be asked to conduct Clinical Intakes and provide crisis services on an occasional basis, with schedule adjustments made accordingly.
