As part of our commitment to employee well-being, we are looking for a qualified and passionate Dietician who can take ownership of employee nutrition, meal planning, food quality, and hygiene. Position Overview The Dietician will be responsible for developing nutritious and balanced meal plans for employees, planning regular and special-event menus, providing customized dietary consultations, and ensuring high standards of hygiene across the kitchen and fruit stall. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of nutrition and food hygiene, along with a practical and employee-centric approach to creating healthy, enjoyable, and diverse food experiences at the workplace. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage healthy, nutritious, and varied employee meal plans and menus. Create special cuisines and menus for festivals, celebrations, and corporate events. Provide personalized diet plans and nutrition consultations to employees based on their needs and eating habits. Promote healthy eating and employee wellness through nutrition guidance and awareness sessions. Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and food quality. Ensure proper hygiene, freshness, and quality of fruits at the employee fruit stall. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, vendors, and management for menu planning and food quality. Gather employee feedback and continuously improve the food and nutrition experience. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field. Relevant professional certification/registration, where applicable. Strong knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, food safety, and hygiene practices. Understanding of different dietary requirements and eating habits. Ability to create practical, nutritious, appealing, and diverse menus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide individual nutrition consultations with empathy and professionalism. Good coordination, planning, and organisational skills. Practical understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene. Preferred Experience Experience in corporate cafeterias, hospitals, hotels, institutional catering, employee wellness programs, or large-scale food services will be an advantage. Experience in menu planning, kitchen hygiene monitoring, and employee nutrition counselling is preferred.
