Salary Range: INR 6,00,000 to 9,00,000 per year

Role Description The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gota, Ahmedabad. This role involves actively prospecting and engaging potential buyers, conducting property showings, and providing detailed information about residential projects and units.

The specialist will guide clients through the entire sales cycle, including needs assessment, property selection, price discussions, and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Strong Real Estate Sales skills with a minimum experience of 5 years.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, including explaining terms, addressing queries, and supporting clients through closing.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• General Real Estate knowledge, including regulatory aspects, documentation processes, and property valuation basics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends or evenings as needed, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for lead management and reporting.
